We don’t charge a set % fee of salary on placement. Clients buy our time to work on talent acquisition

assignments – we charge a day rate, making us an extremely competitive approach to recruiting.

Our business model means you can engage us for all or just a part of the process.

We won’t share a candidates details or CV with other clients, unless you decline them for your role.

Matching the best candidates to the right roles really matters to us. It’s not a numbers games – we

won’t send you lots of CVs for candidates that don’t match the brief. Rather, we search for the best

and most relevant candidates and ensure they are genuinely fully briefed on roles.

We have deep experience and knowledge across different parts of the research &

insight sector. We understand the sector from the inside and use our skills to bring you the best

possible experience of talent acquisition and talent retention.
